Effective September 30, 2024, the administrative offices of the Refugio Groundwater Conservation District will be consolidated with the administrative offices of the Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District in Victoria, Texas.
Staff of the district will attempt to accomodate the constituents of the Refugio Goundwater Conservation District by scheduling meeting regarding district business at convenient locations with Refugio County if desired by constituents.
The meetings of the Board of Directors of the Refugio Groundwater Conservation District will be held in Refugio County.
